🕒 Returns within 30 days
You can return any product within 15 days of delivery, as long as it is in original condition, unused and complete with accessories and packaging.
🔁 Return for damaged products
If the product is damaged or defective, we offer full refund (new item voucher) or replacement.
🚚 How to make a return
Contact us by email or phone. You will find the shipping label included in the package. We will provide you with return instructions.
💳 Reimbursement
Once the product has been received and its condition verified, the refund will be made using the same payment method (unless otherwise indicated within 7 days).
In case of return, the site will issue a voucher of the corresponding value, which can be spent on future purchases on our shop.
📬 Shipping and lost items
Return shipping costs are at our expense. If the package is lost, we will issue a full refund or resend the item free of charge.
Penalty for failure to collect the package 📦
In the event that an order is confirmed but not collected by the customer at the time of delivery (for example with cash on delivery), a fee will be applied €20 penalty to cover the costs of shipping, handling and return of the package. By placing an order, the customer expressly accepts this condition.
